I went into a dark place a few days ago I developed a phobic disorder and then I remembered Allah I got close to him I prayed 5 times a day, I try I read Quran whenever I’m free and I feel like what happened to me was a way to make me feel grateful for the health Allah gave me it made me so grateful even tho I’m still not out of this dark place I’m grateful for knowing the importance of mental health and I said allahmdullilah I hope I can get out of this dark place with allahs guidance, I’m scared that once Allah takes me out of this dark place I would stop praying, but I will always remind myself of how Allah helped me to. Keep myself in lane alhamdullilah

This is 100% my situation this time, each word that he says represents my situation, but i would like to share with you all that alhumdulilah Allah does guide your heart, he shows you the signs, its a slow process doesn't happen in a day or two. Right now i am going through the same, i don't know where will i end up but all that i know is Allah is showing me the sings, he is guiding me and he wants me to trust him. Alhumdulilah!

Oh Allah I always ask my self why all the time that I feel sad and when I face my self to him and do sujud and tell, only tell him my problems and ask him to just be with me And when I put my head up my chest feels so light and filled with a hope..oh Allah thank you for always be with me that’s why my sadness is over so fast Allah is always with me but I only have to remember that he is with me . Ask for Allah (SWT) is the only one who knows you truly and Allah will open up your heart just like he did to me every single time love Allah and Allah will love you insha Allah ❤️

I do not believe that you can just pick yourself up mid breakdown but ALLAH did that for me! He saw me in a low and vulnerable state and he picked me up!!

♥️🙏🏻Wow! SubhanAllah (I think I used that in the correct context!?) This is such a beautiful lesson! I’m Christian but have been drawn to the teachings of Islam more recently and find that it all makes SO much sense! The teachings are uplifting and inspirational while also being very practical. And every time I search online for guidance from the Quran about how to approach a particularly challenging or troubling issue I always seem to find clarity and the answers have a way of easing my heart 🙏🏻🤲
