Rebalancing a portfolio is an important aspect of effective investment management, and it's great to see a comprehensive guide on how to do so. Staying on top of your investments and ensuring that they align with your goals and risk tolerance is key to financial success.

This is more important to hear than just loading up on funds and bonds. Thanks for sharing

I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can rebalance my portfolio from rapid decline. I'm seeking to diversify $200K across markets but don't know where to start.

I am learning a lot from you! Thank you! I was thinking about getting a financial advisor due to fear of not knowing how to manage my own account. But after watching your other videos, I felt like I can do it myself.

Love the video Tae, I like these kind of topics that go into detail on how to manage these investments. Could you do a video on how best to withdraw from these accounts once a person reaches retirement? And if we even should, perhaps leaving it for our children instead?

Kam-sa-ham-ni-da. Clear and concise ex[planation. Unfortunately, rebalancing has sometime tax consequences.

Hi Tae, great channel! Few things you should mention: Target Date funds have a higher expense ratio than index fund. Also, I still don't get why bonds are considered a safe investment. They are going up and down like the stock market aren't they?

Thank you! Please can you do a video on the decision to invest in stocks or buy a house? I'm unsure whether to keep building my stock portfolio or use it as a deposit on a house. I think there are many in my position.

Could you or have you made a video on properly value stocks to judge when to buy or hold. Thanks

I know you say no one can time the stock market, but with interest rates going up won’t the stock market tumble? Should we wait until after the next couple years to invest?

This is great, Tae. What's your take on robo-advisors?

The policy of periodically rebalancing is inconsistent with the policy of letting your winners run and trim your losses.

Many investment planners advise people to rebalance. So, I don't mean to pick on you, Tim. But, there got to be a better basis to rebalance one's portfolio (like fundamentals analysis or technical analysis) than using a brainless target like 70% / 30%.

Could you explain a bit on returns for investing - like how well has the been the performance for s&p 500?

Tae, why do you use index funds instead of index ETFs ?

Hi! I'm new to your channel and I have a question.

Is it better to have for the US stock market part of my portfolio to be 80% S&P 500 index fund and 20% Mid cap index fund or to just go with the Total Market index fund?

So for example: 80% fxaix and 20% fsmax vs fskax
