Need to take water with electrolytes in it. You could use LMNT electrolytes, they have different flavors, pretty good.

how often do you swing by where your car is, or could you put a cooler someplace? but, even if you take a gal of water and dump in it a quart of gateraid or some other ''sprotsdrnk'' to ''taste itup'' that would be cool.... we like the stuff with the 300mg of caffene in them to spice up the day... the 60mg of caffeen one cupOcoffee amount or wutever 3 of them then one1 of the 300mg ratio lol keep ya goin ?? eh...

personally I would drop a shot of G'Aid or Poweraid ENERGY (with the daffffeeeennecafne) into a 16-20 oz water in the yeti or wtuever 3 wall multiple metal and super space polymer insulation... and JUST DRINK SOME THING :) evven the wrong liquids is still liquids... better than NOT DRINKIN ANYTHING cuz you don't like ....wutedver
