Lock Mortising with Woollven

Tip for today: When using a lock mortise kit, orient the door to be mortised vertically, as in this video. Woollven was talking to me about a common mistake made, which is to lay the door horizontally and plunge the router in from the top. This doesn't allow for evacuation of the cut material and binds up the machine.
