on one smd small register voltage is coming from one side and no voltage is going from another side in my laptop motherboard. register not have any value mark on it. do i need to replace register? how to determine which value register? and can i bypass it with jumper? bypassing showing ampere list 0.22. but i doubt it will produce good result.
Main laptop problem it's fan speen once and then goes off.
