My only major differences would have been Aja returning and Trixie then winning the acting challenge making top 4 be Ben, Shangela, Trixie and Aja. (I feel even if Aja bombed the acting challenge she would have saved herself against Bebe in a lipsync)

I really agree with you up until the Ruvenge episode. I think it would definitely be Aja that came back and replacing Kennedy. I think Aja would probably go home the next episode leaving the top 4 as Ben, Shangela, Trixie and Bebe (she did much better than people give her credit for). If the jury twist was sill in effect, we have a chance at seeing Trixie as the winner but it would likely be Ben

I disagree with this. Aja would BY FAR be the one to return in Kitty Girls, Shangela would win Divas Live just so the wins are even (since Season 8 they don't want the winner to be predictable anymore). Bebe would win over Trixie in the Pop-Art Ball. Trixie's outfit was cute but she could have done way more with it. Bebe would win Kitty Girls, i know people like to shit on Bebe for not having ''proper'' lyrics but Bebe's verse was way more catchy and still gets quoted, she shined the most in that episode. And DeLa would win an acting challenge over Thorgy any time of the day.

We all know Shangela would have won the season, but the eliminated queens were so unfair with their top 2 decision. Thats why Shangela is returning to the Christmast Special season, she is one of the most talented queens of the whole show. She just deserves a crown.
