The version of turbo baba told in Thailand originated from my home town. She was an old lady who got hit by a car, her body split in half and now she haunt the street and chase anyone who drive past. There was a B movie made about this story. Also, the street from this story in not scary anymore due to urban expansion its right next to a big mall now. She not a pedo in this version LOL
