Late to the live, BUT, this was still a great learning lesson. Please let us know how you fixed it. I just wasted two t shirts on a design a customer sent that just was not crisp. Her logo was like a copy of a copy and it would not print out crisp enough.

Also, I don’t think it was the adjustment because they would still mirror the same error identically. I definitely think it’s a Ricoma call.

Once you take it off the hoop it should be easier to clean around the stitches❤
