The way that the New Republic destroy a worldship at one point is so damn awesome. They take an Executor-class super star destroyer, automate it so that only one man can control it, fill the bow with explosives, then yeet the thing at the worldship. It is both the galaxy's biggest javelin and the biggest single-pilot starfighter ever.

so the biggest starship was actually Death Star 2, 160 km in diameter. Since, you know, it can move so it's not a space station (reminder- a station is, well, stationary) but a mobile weapon platform

Nitpick: battlestation designation aside, the Death Star is indeed a starship. So THAT is the largest.
