Lawyers for Richard Allen appeal Delphi murders verdict

Attorneys for Richard Allen have appealed his conviction for the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.

Allen was sentenced to 130 years in prison on Dec. 20, 2024 for the Delphi murders.

His attorneys filed noticed of his appeal with the Indiana Court of Appeals on Tuesday, March 11. They are appealing both Allen's conviction and his sentencing order.

Wow! Look at all of the shackles, chains and young law enforcement men they need to use to march Richard Allen around. They sure do put on a show for the news team. Sure makes him look dangerous doesn’t it? As far as I can see, they are all in on the cover-up and the railroading of this poor man. Shame on the state of Indiana and Carrol County! We need justice for Richard Allen.

Just remember $26 trillion of the $36 trillion debt matures in 4 years. So add in the current spending means in 4 years the US will need to borrow $36 trillion. So I'm predicting all prisons to be emptied in 4 years

The defense team looks ridiculous. At this point, they’re just embarrassing themselves. One fact that should help deniers be convinced of his guilt is that he lied to his wife regarding his whereabouts that day. In the police interview, she was upset he didn’t tell her he was at the bridge. Additionally, RA charged his timeline once it dawned on him he was a suspect. A horrible filing error led to the animal living free for five years.
