Honest review of Kiziks Hands-Free Shoes

Kiziks and Nike have always been my two favorite brands of shoes. Nike offers a great variety of shoe styles and designs that cover all different needs, while Kiziks provides a more hands-free approach that is perfect for those on the go. I have tried all kinds of easy hands-free shoes over the years, and these are by far my top favorites. They are extremely comfortable and fairly durable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new pair of shoes for 2022.

I’m a recent Kizik convert and already own three pairs. I like that they have different styles to choose from and a myriad of colors, not to mention the ease with which they slip on. I thought I would have to sacrifice comfort over function but that was not the case at all.

A problem that I have had with a lot of shoes in the past is that bending my foot can sometimes cause the outsole to separate from shoe at the middle, usually when I do squats or push-ups, so I am curious how well the shoes adhere to the soles.
