A judge in Australia has ruled that Novak Djokovic can stay in Australia, overturning a previous decision to revoke the Serbian athlete's visa because he is not vaccinated against COVID-19. But as CBS News' Roxana Saberi reports, his battle to play the Australian Open may not be over yet.

I believed any country like Australia has all the right whom to allow to get in their country. It has the right to protect its citizens on issues like public health and public safety and reject non-citizens from entering their country. Any country can even declare the anyone undesirable alien for non-compliance to their laws, EOs, ordinances etc.. a visa given is not a right but a privilege that can be cancelled or revoked by the host country.

They are trying stop Djokovic from getting that 21st Grand Slam and that is not going to happen. Because of this quest, he has constantly been a target for both the ATP and tennis media. Since when did Tennis start worrying about being fair. Tennis is the most unfair and bias sport in the world. For his situation it is fair, if medical exemptions are allowed and he has is paper work exempting him, than leave him alone. They are trying to frustrate him. Tennis is an international sport and when governments began harassing players than that is a signal to consider not having any tournaments in that country. He is not a criminal and should have not been treated like one.
