Scientists Are Amazed At What Hubble Discovered In Space!

On April 24, 1990, the Hubble telescope set out into space and wrote space history. The space telescope was jointly developed by NASA and ESA, making direct cooperation between the European and American space agencies possible. It was named after the exceptional astronomer Edwin P. Hubble, who lived in the early 19th century. For more than 30 years, the telescope has been sending us breathtaking images from his expeditions to the still unknown parts of space, literally shedding light on the mysterious secrets of our solar system. A picture of the Hubble telescope can be found in many German waiting rooms or denounced on expensive illustrated books in hotel lobbies. But is this hype about the space telescope justified and were the extremely expensive development costs for the Hubble telescope really worth it? What could Hubble tell us so far about our solar system? What groundbreaking discoveries has it brought to mankind? Indeed, Hubble has fundamentally and lastingly changed the knowledge we have about the universe.

The fun part is that knowing how naive we were back in the 1950s. Anybody remember the TV program, "My Favorite Martian" or even before then with "War of the Worlds" or the ones that shown men walking on the moon? Now look at where we are. We are going beyond Star Trek.

The only reason we haven't got to mars yet is because of the redstone engineers being stuck on minecraft

Edwin Hubble wasn't an early 19th century astronomer. He was born in 1889, and died in 1953. His work was done in the 20th century.

Now that i see these things, i wish i was a scientist working in this great job knowing so much knowleoghe about space, that means a lot of earth science knowleghe also.. But i still remember all of the many times i was staring the night sky under the billions of stars in the countryside, or on the beach in summertime, it was magnifisent, brilliant and one peace of me among all this beauty and inside the unknowing picture i was staring, i realy felt the best of my life. Thats it, life, im thankfull even the worst time i spend now in my whole life. Im wishing on a star anyway.!! I m sorry for my english, but i am a greek. Thank you anyway.!! I remember always that ancient greeks was one of the first science based astronomers. Its only about beauty and this i am thankfull.!!with love

Quite a few mistakes in this video, most are right but there are too many errors. Should have gone through a more thorough editing process. Gonna have to slap a thumbs down on this one.

I just wondering how far humanity move with technology to travel faster in space :? Because so far humanity can observe, but it takes too much time to explore and reach those objects.

6:21 ”The nebula is only about 1 degree above absolut zero of -273.15 degrees celsius. Even the temperatures during the Big Bang were 2 degrees warmer.”
No, not the Big Bang, but the Cosmic microwave background radiation.

(November 20, 1889 – September 28, 1953)  That would be late 19th Century to mid 20th Century, a long long way from early 19th Century.
