Romans 1-2 we are inexcusable in our sins. God's glory is made manifest in the heavens even. God's law is written upon our hearts.

The things you pointed to are exactly the type of thing that presuppositionalists would use in their arguments. A non-Christian worldview does not provide the necessary preconditions for absolute standards of morality, yet non-Christian behave as if there are absolute standards of morality, showing that the beliefs are self-contradictory.

There is natural revelation of morality, but there is no basis for that morality without God.

Sometimes a fish looks like a snake.

I worked with a man whose wife was at her wits end because she couldn't stop their young son from obsessively playing with the knobs on the stove.

Dad's solution. Play with the stove together while allowing his son to touch a hot element. It cost his son a minor blister but the child stopped playing with the stove.

An image bearer of God bearing Gods image.

Bro, this is basic stuff. Presupp does not deny natural law, at all. The position is that Natural Theology, man’s interpretation of Natural Law, suffers from various degrees of vagueness and confusion due to the noetic affect of sin, so Special revelation is necessary to gain clear understanding and application of God’s revelation in nature.

The Bible also doesn't say water is wet.

People can have innate knowledge. Presuppositionslism accounts for innate knowledge. To appeal to natural law assumes a law of nature, which assumes a Creator, Who is the God of the Bible. No tension there.

Natural law is not a biblical category unless it is synonymous with the moral law written on the conscience of man created in God’s image.

The tension is when one defines it, like Aquinas, as something distinguished from God’s law. It becomes arbitrary and ambiguous, left up to the imagination of sinful man.

What are you seeing to be the conflict? I don't see the conflict.

All of creation belongs to God Deut. 10:14, Ps. 24:1.11
The righteous and the unrighteousness alike will serve the Creator in some way whether we know it or not Gen. 50:20, Mat. 5:44

Isn’t conscience, the result of the fruit of the forbidden tree, granted to all? Being sometimes led by the conscience is normal human behavior. It doesn’t make a person good/righteous. And anyone who has sinned can have an almost perfect conscience, but they are still without righteousness until God grants it to them.

The issue isn’t knowledge but epistemological foundations. Revelation isnt the only way to know God it’s the ultimate grounding for everything. You either start with the self as axiomatic or you start with God.

Romans 1: 18–23
God has built within man and understanding of sorts. Not a full understanding, but a basic understanding of how things operate, how things are to be. This is why the unregenerate man is guilty of his sin because he knows that he is sinning. I personally do not believe that there's any such thing as an atheist. I do not believe that God would allow such a thing to exist. What is it that they're suppressing in their unrighteousness if it's not the understanding of how these things are which God has given to them?

Where is the tension? Are you misusing terms? Confusing natural law with natural theology?

If I'm in a group of people holding forth on feelings about gender I'm going to tell them to find their basis in the web, (Bahnsen would observe that ideas aren't like individual marbles but interconnected) of God's word rather than the web of nature. It's the only way to guide fallen reason.
The contestants on Alone are rightly overwhelmed by nature and have gratitude but I've yet to see one abandon their Paganism over the awe of nature.

Good points.

Our experience in life and the scripture both point to a law written in nature

I love what Gal 3 says, "the gospel was preached beforehand to Abraham"

Huh?!

Abraham didn't even know Jesus's name nor were there any Gospels written, not even Genesis has been written. Yet The Gospel was preached to Abraham?

Not the same exact thing you're talking about per se, but it shows that God can and does do things far outside the standard systematic theologians mindset.

Psalm 19 is clear. The heavens declare God's glory!

We know right from wrong in many real senses.

Presupp & Natural Law are not mutually exclusive in the least. That's the answer.

Natural law is a great bridge to natural revelation, then special revelation and the gospel

Honestly, it seemed to me that you made the Presuppositionalist's point for them? People do know about natural law, even if they reject God and his word, and this is possible because, despite claims to the contrary, they are created in the image of God and have knowledge of him which they suppress in unrighteousness.
