Some people have no one to speak with, or they're just scared to talk to people about their mental problems because they might think people will just not take them seriously and always remember haveing mental problems doesn't make you weak because you can comeback stronger from it with good help it will take along time but its worth the process and again props for you man for that

Tough watch to be honest. I think Dele Alli has been very courageous in being so open about his traumas. I hope off the back of this he starts to get some sort of inner peace as he clearly deserves it. Secondly i hope it encourages others that have been in similar circumstances to start opening up as well. Its good to talk
