3:19 - I selected the same format as you did but under frame rate I only have 25p & 50p as options and not 24p, 30p or 60p. Do you know why?

Can I shoot oversampling 4k 30 from 7k with XAVC S 4k 30p or oversampling 4k 24 from 7k with XAVC HS 4k 24p? Thank you.
