My issue is always cutting my pieces too short lol. I see how much over hang you use and I know I would’ve had maybe 3 inches of over hang.

Does the heat expand or contract the vinyl? I'm confused. It looks like for you it's expanding whereas for 3M it contracts

I've got a decorated wooden column, think a fluted column at the end of a stair railing. Can I vinyl wrap that? The goal is to avoid painting but provide a fresh coat of paint gloss for an art project. Only needs to last a month.

You skipped the detail of cutting with a knife! Everything else is easy!
Somehow, you glide the knife in a straight line, but when I try it the blade wanders. WTF are you using to guide the blade??? Details please mister!
