I FIXED IT! Let me be clear. The ABC hydraulic suspension on my CL65 AMG IS FIXED! This is my favorite video in the series for obvious reasons but this was seriously fun. It was a good from start to finish diagnosis video so if you're into this kind of stuff, enjoy!

You know that’s it’s a ridiculously over complicated car when a trained Merc tech works on the car for 8 months to fix it and is so excited to finally have it resolved, as though it was improbable that he could fix it. I honestly couldn’t imagine owning a car like this and taking it to the dealer. Imagine the cost to do all this work at the dealer. Alex added $100k to the value of the car.

One of the best parts of this video is your Vessi shoe advert. As a detailer these are fantastic and are so comfortable they fit like a sock. It’s so cool they’ve come on board with you Alex. Plus, they ship to Australia and cost less than water proof heavy hiking boots landed here. If you’re a detailer DON’T buy anything else. Once you wear Vessi on a even just a wash, you’ll never wear anything else. Lloyd

Knew you would get it done. One of the most legit people here on YouTube. Great content full of information explained very clearly. And it's also good to see someone who's put out so much excellent content gained a lot of subs and not changed one bit. Still an honest genuine legit guy on level with many of us. Keep it up Alex. 👍

Super glad you have figured it out! Tear apart that valve block so we can see what was the culprit

Thank you, Alex, for the Master Class in Perseverance! Imagine what this would have cost at a dealership.

I'm so happy for you that you finally found an end to this nightmare and finally enjoy this beautiful C215... if I trust the title

For those that do not know what anxiety is... consider that every one of those ABC hoses and components has failed some owner at some point... many owners have replaced many parts multiple times. You will eventually not even want to drive the car, thus making ABC cars worth about as much as a decent night out.
I got tired of laying on the garage floor trying to figure out what failed, so I took every single one of those miserable hoses, valves, coolers, accumulators, mounts, pipes and the ABC pump out and threw all 122 pounds of it in the rubbish bin. Years of anxiety replaced with a simple power steering pump from an S430, some coil-overs (V8 car) and 20 minutes of wire splicing to get rid of the warnings.
Now I'm not afraid to drive my car anymore and I just crossed 223, 000 miles on my CL55.

That Renntech module is very sus. Along with any other after market suspension bits. Glad you made it this far though. Looking forward to seeing you get it cleaned up now.

I have a 2009 copy of this car and engine, so I've been watching this series with great interest. And I've learned SO MUCH from watching it! I feel like I now have a good chance at fixing anything in the engine or ABC if it breaks -- by going back and reviewing that particular segment of your long saga. THANK

I am not even a "car guy" but I got sucked in. I've watched every video along the way. So glad it worked out.

This was a more gripping saga than a season of Knott’s Landing. This is a legend fix, hats off!
