Perhaps this sort of video is just not intended for people like me. It just made me a little sad and frustrated because the affirmations are just so far beyond what I could ever hope to emulate. While I do have many of the qualities expressed here, it is a matter of degree. The adjectives used are just so extreme, very few people could come close to exemplifying many of the affirmations.
