With the Neptune III full face mask, OceanReef starts a new honor within Integrated Diving Masks.
OceanReef has always been known for embracing innovation and quality, and the launch of the latest full face mask is no exception. With more than 20 years of experience in developing masks for recreational, professional, commercial and military units, the manufacturer has developed an innovative mask that complies with all applicable EN250 standards. As with any of OceanReef's products, this is not "just" another FullFace mask - the Neptune III stands out significantly from all of the manufacturer's products.
The Neptune III comes with a new visor that possesses the widest field of view on the market, with a 10% increase compared to the previous Neptune Space. The field of vision also optimizes downward vision. The new design also comes with a volume reduction that ensures 47% less buoyancy compared to competing masks on the market.
The mask comes with a new vertical, balanced 2nd stage with excellent breathing properties that delivers the air with minimal resistance regardless of depth. The new Neptune III delivers air 33% better than the previous Neptune II. The surface valve (SAV) has also been updated, and now comes with a built-in anti-fog valve that eliminates fog in the mask when breathing is done on the surface. The mask is also fitted with a traditional Dive/Predive function, which ensures that the mask cannot freeflow, regardless of the position in which it is held.
Built for demanding and harsh environments
The new impact-resistant design is achieved thanks to newly developed absorbent materials, ensuring that the mask can withstand being used under demanding working conditions. The possibility of mounting accessories, such as Mercury communication systems, also makes the mask an excellent choice for professional divers.
