How to fix xbox slim no hdmi video output

If you have a xbox slim that does not output video thru hdmi and will display with your component cables , check your display settings first make sure that display discovery is enabled and restart the xbox360 that may help on some tv’s or disable display discovery and restart again it may work if none of that work then most likely you have a bad HANA chip and it needs to be replace with a working on hope this helped.
