Skylanders was not made to reboot Spyro, he originally had nothing to do with the game, he was added so his popularity could help drive sales of the new IP, which is why they downplayed his involvement more and more as each new game came out, and the franchise died off because the market was being flooded with rip-offs and just plain fatigue of the whole video games that need toys gimmick

I love Skylanders.. It was so fun, the Craftsmanship put into the figures themselves are amazing, it's just so good. And of course a greedy corporation ruins it

Whoever the artist is that illustrated all of this is freaking insane and whoever the colorist is is just as insane for bringing the illustration to life. Seriously theydid an incredible job.

Well to be fair all skylanders were backwards compatible meaning if you had a spyro figure from the first ever skylanders you could use that figure on every game from spyro's adventure to imaginators
