The CeraVe Lotion is not Malassezia (fungal acne) safe, it contains Polysorbate 20 and Polyglyceryl-3 Diiostearate. Some people could be less sensitive to these ingredients but nontheless, this is not fully FA safe.

Where is the active for fungal acne?
Niacinamide won't do it

My dermatologist recommended ketoconanzole for fungal acne. Some oral medication too. They are starting to go away after almost a year. You should consult a good dermatologist.

That's a great routine! My mother is a dermatologist and recommends not putting the dropper directly on your face because it may lead to future breakouts. Overall, very good job though ☺
