This is probably my favorite video of Myron's. Everything I ever thought or felt he summed it up! I have 2 master's degrees - an MBA and an MS in Data Science..both of them in some way are outdated. Thank you for this amazing video...this just tells us it doesn't matter if we look crazy or not making sense to others in our ventures - chances are we're ahead of everyone else, so keep going!

College degrees are not just about the paper, they provide, social capital, cultural capital, a means to connect with mentors and classes that discuss everything related social science and wealth. It may not afford you an immediate road to succes but it can offer definitely put you on the right trajectory, especially if you come from nothing. You don't need it but it sure can help if used appropriately. Many people never organize themselves enough to create a path and college can help, even if you don't finish.

When people tell folks that education is never important to find success (become rich), I turn completely off. Too many people who do become rich (lottery, family, etc.) lose their wealth because they don't know how to manage their money. And college teaches discipline and how to research and just because you hold up a few people who have become rich without going to school, it is not an excellent measure of a process. There are always exceptions to the rule.
