Did you have to add water to the peanuts while you were cooking? Also, did you cook them with the lid on or off?

Are you using jumbo or green the smaller ones also did you allow them to soak before starting it to low boil? I have Raw Jumbo Peanuts that require about 24 hours to soak so they can sink to the bottom.

I make mine in the crock pot overnight and they turn out pretty good. But I'm gonna watch this video now and see how you do it. BTW..Ga Tech just might beat them Dogs today we shall see. Sounds Great Man I saw that Juice!!!!

I have tried Boiled Peanuts two times and never have liked them. Maybe yours would be better!
