Doing audits, purchase orders are very important. Any differences with invoices, delivery notes etc need to be investigated. When everything matches up, I'm a really happy bunny. It also helps to stop fraud if everyone is on the ball for any differences, especially if something was not in stock, which is when things can go awry. Purchase orders also need to match addresses all down the line as goods can be sent elsewhere, so it helps both sides.

In my experience, suppliers generally wouldn’t process the PO until they received a copy of it - some were happy with just the PO number, but many wanted sight of the PO so they could be sure that the items and prices were correct. The PO might also reference a specific quotation from the supplier.

Hello, I am sorry this is so sporadic but it relates to and old video you did with the youtube us tax form. My address changed over a year ago and I forgot to change it on this form. I went and updated the form today. What do I need to do in the affidavit section? Do I tick it or leave it unclicked. I am really worried they may think I am lying to them? Appreciate any help
