Shadow of the Tomb Raider San Juan monolith cache puzzle IS NOT THERE!!!!!!

This cache in san juan is related to the monolith puzzle, its located at the bottom of a lake next to a pile of rocks resembling a turtle. Well i searched everywhere and this cache Doesn't appear. This is the last item i need for 100% completion. Dont know what to do, its infuriating. Ive seen other videos and laura swims to bottom and its right next to the turtle rocks. Im out of ideas, i guess i will never reach 100%, again super frustrating,WHY ME!!!!!!

Per this video it shows you got it. I know this because on other side of turtle you can see the dig spot . Every time get a cache it leaves that dig spot. Hence you “can’t find it” look at the dig spot in your video on other side of the turtle.

Ur searching in the wrong spot by just a bit. It's on the other side of the "turtle" rocks. Ur in the right place tho.
