A more powerful SSTC with CMOS 555 | 69 IQ TUTORIAL

Secondary has approx 1000 turns, ( I will make an improved secondary with over 2500 turns)
resonance frequency is 315 KHz,
i used a halfbridge with 2 mosfets IRFP460 (500volt, 20 amps, 0.22 ohm )
halfbridge divider capacitors 2×2.2uf=4.4 uf per mosfet,
driving the mosfets using a gate drive transformer
mosfet drivers for driving the gate drive transformer are 2× Tc4420 , driven by 74hc14 hex schmitt trigger,
main oscillator ic is 7555cn (cmos version of 555) oscillation range ~70khz-700khz (higher is possible but not required here )

Final Upgrade : Used igbts instead of mosfets, added music interrupt ,bus capacitors 470u 450v

Those sparks seem to be a little bit small for 1kW
