GSX1300R Hayabusa on the track

This is some highlights of my track day riding on my 2009 GSX1300R. It's nothing amazing or epic, just a Hayabusa that's not stretched or lowered or chromed out.

Damn I just can't decide if I should switch to a Hayabusa or not. I drove it a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love. But I'm more the corner speed driver which is easier with my GSX-R 1000. but I can't forget the Hayabusa

I have recently purchased a "new" 2013 Hayabusa, which I am still getting to grips with. It has far more power than anything I have owned before, and certainly more than the 2008 Harley Softail I swapped for it? Here in New Zealand the speed limit is 100kph, which is nowhere near the limit of the Hayabusa? I have seen 160kph on it, but I need to do some track days to find out what it is really capable of? I am really impressed with it so far, and I know I am only scratching the surface of what it is potentially capable of? I hav owned a lot of different bikes over the years, but I can't remember another bike putting as big a smile on my aging wrinkled face as this one does?

Did a track day at Cadwell ! One of these was there. All it did was get in the way !!!! Too many people think by buying a busa it transforms them into all conquering heroes WRONG !!! it's the rider not the bike and buses don't cut it on track days ! Park at the cafe and drink TEA !!!!
