It is good to see different techniques being successful. There is never enough alternate innovation. That is why "thinking out of the box" can be an advantage...not that it will be, it just makes success another avenue.

Awesome Raptor 3 has an astounding amount of power, the evolution of the Raptor and the visual appearance of the engine itself has evolved dramatically this could open the doors to future spaceship designs all together .
Well done Elon Musk and Space x 👍

Wauw i hope to live to see that maybe both techniques wil be used (combined) to power one one vehicle.
i think we'll get there faster !

This is pretty exciting stuff, I've been hoping someone would jump to carbon fiber. Clamshell sounds quite interesting, and this Archimedes design I am intrigued

New ideas and new techniques are always welcome.
It enduces comptetition and better ideas, sometimes.
Better get printing, they've got a lot of catching up to do, I think.

There is a huge difference between Internal pressures, like on the cooled combustion chamber with internal pressue on a rocket, as opposed to the external pressure crushing the hull of a large submarine.
The first can be light, 😊 the other must be heavy to prevent buckling.😢

Interesting competition…
Would like to know Elon and Spacex’s thoughts.

Everyone wishes, then well. Although you still can't compare them to SpaceX 😂 Starship and raptorX is so far advanced, then Peter Beck's vision the funny thing is Peter only picked up what Elon put down 3D printed fiber Rockets 🚀

Interesting concept or theory wht Rocket lab in tow.
Is it not the "mass" of a rocket can make a huge difference between a successful flight vs. wallowing around on the launch pad❓️
In addition, I am also thinking of the 2nd law of Newton, "Law of Motion." Of course, by now on these age of Space so thus to speak. We can basically restate their own scientific mind, physics, or whtever hi-fi jobs we are in order to apply such law❓️
I am learning another trade of Science. I found it my self gratis quod. It's like my contribution of. Let's all go back to the School of Musk University.
Subj: Spacecraft.
Oopsies❗️my thoughts went far.
Thank U ✨️

I think that it is good for the additional providers. I'm surprised that SpaceX would be upset about it. SpaceX offers all of its tech as public domain. To think that the colonization of space would be done by a single company is idocrase. I found the recent collaboration between SpaceX and Dream Chaser very exciting. I don't think you are properly representing the views of SpaceX or Elon Mush in your narrative.
