Four years ago I reversed the diabetes by doing intermittent fasting and the keto diet. I eat very few vegetables, as many of them have oxalates and lectins. I eat healthy fats and oils like extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, grass fed butter and beef, and avocados. Three months after I started eating this way I quit the drugs the doctor had told me I had to take for the rest of my life. My BP is normal. I have no irregularity or even gas. I no longer have a gut. Healthy fats don't make you overweight. Sugar and carbs do. I'm 65 years old and feel great!
Just saying what is working for me.
Oh, also, I have to say that I no longer have cravings because of the way I eat!

Your stuck with the genetics you’ve been given- but you can eat healthy anyway you’ll live as long as the Lord allows you to live- He created you and knows each cell in your body- and how many days you’ll live on this earth if you have balance in the foods you eat- and exercise in balance and treat your body with care! It’s a gift! Don’t abuse your body ! The body has an amazing capability to heal itself if treated with care❤

I've been wfpb for 10 years. If you're a hard core wfpb you're going to have to supplement with pea protein shakes .... there was no way in heck I was able to get enough protein... but other than the protein issues Dr C is 💯

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game.
A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility.
Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
Every city should be a bicycle city.
Speak up for bicycles in your community

If something worked for him doesn’t mean it will work for someone else, and if something was dangerous for him doesn’t mean it is dangerous for all others. He, of all people should know this well. Eat Whole Foods, eat clean foods, be active and get a lot of sleep and you will live as long as you should if you do not step in a moving locomotive😂

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products.
Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy
Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products.
Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues.
Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

يشجع على الكارب ..مع العلم بالتجربة اكل الكارب زيادة جوع ..زيادة كسل ..زيادة عسر هضم ..زيادة وزن ..وعند التوقف عن الكارب ينعكس السابق تماما حيث السعادة والحيوية والرشاقة والكثير الكثير ..
لقد اصيبت شركات التغذية من زيادة الوعي لمشاكل السكر والكارب وهي تسعى الان لايجاد مخرج فالمبيعات ليست كالسابق
