2. I did a full hour of calculation, screenshotted and simulated a simulation and found 2 to be first by 2.06 Seconds

(It was an auto simulation so it saw 6. People say it’s 6 but it’s not.)

2, 3, 4, and 5 are blocked. The water will flow out the hole above the blocked 5th tube.

The water will run down the top of the 5 tube towards 6. But it won't be able to clear the gap between the outside of the 5 tube and the 6 cup, so it will flow down the outside of the 5 tube into the 5th cup.
