I was feeling sorry for the girl that he was pressuring to be complicit in this until she started saying it looked cute throughout this and laughing and encouraging it. It still seems to me like she was just ignorant and taking the dude's word as gospel because he pretends to be an expert, whereas the dude is most likely being purposefully abusive for the sake of clicks and views. Still feel most sorry for the poor axolotls, of course.

as someone who studies axolotls, loves axolotls, plans to have axolotls in the future, and is overall brought a lot of joy from axolotls, i cried watching this. the poor baby was in so much pain.. that man and his girlfriend are truly evil…

Here is a little tip for you all: Jut because animals can grow back their limbs don’t mean you cut them off on a daily basis.
They use this for a defense mechanism

I feel bad for the girl, she doesn’t really know what’s going on. She thinks that stress coat is good for the axolotl, when he told her that they were cutting the axolotl up, she looked so confused. I feel bad for her cause she’s so clueless.

This is actually so sad. The eating situation almost had me crying and it wasn't even half way through. The way he encouraged girl for making the axolotl spooked. She said that she didn't want to cut off the axolotl's tail. This is wrong on so many levels. It's sad to see this :(

there's plenty of videos of him catching and releasing invasive species, abusing fish, iguanas, snakes, and he deserves some prison time, he himself is the definition of a bio hazard
