For those wondering, the last 2 materia on Aerith at the end are a 2nd Magic Up and a Refocus material. You can see a couple frames of the former and determine the latter by comparing stats.

If you go through frame-by-frame, you can follow the action as follows:
Battle starts with Concentration Activated for Tifa
Block the opening generic hits from Weiss
As soon as he backs off, use ATB Boost
Cast Blizzaga from both Cloud and Aerith (so they will hit after the pressure begins)
Focused Strike as Weiss' first special attack comes in to hit
Spam normal attacks while the blizzagas come in
Focused Strike again, and spam more square attacks
Blizzara from Tifa when Weiss is tossed into the air to maintain pressure
Spam square attacks, Weiss is about to be staggered.
True Strike is activated before the stagger begins but hits just after it starts (160->190%)
Aerith casts Arcane Ward on Cloud, Cloud fires off Thundaga
Tifa does another True Strike the moment the previous one ends (190->220)
Omnistrike from Tifa and another Thundaga from Cloud (220->245)
Whirling Uppercut (with Dodge cancel as soon as it hits) (245->250)
True Strike (250->280)
Repeat the last 2 lines twice more, using whirling upperecut to supply ATB for True Strike (280-350%)
Weiss dies as a final Whirling Uppercut is thrown.

I'm about to try it for myself, now that I'm done all my analyzing, notes, and grinding missing materia. Hope this helps everyone else. Remember, you can use the, and . keys on desktop to frame-by-frame through youtube videos!

I just noticed he was uppercutting then using parry to cancel the animation to go into the next true strike. look at how when weiss is staggered he slides into the next true strike. that's just epic dude.

I think many would appreciate the tricks to be explained, as this is a lot more than the loadout, how you manage atb, the commands issued during battle (it happens so fast), animation cancels and so on. Also the video faded out before all of aerith materia was shown.
