Make 'ccprose' mandatory for ll elementary schools English classes in the tropics.
And ban all dubbed soaps and other entertainment programs. Captions or subtitles in the native languages by law - and the command of spoken and written English will dramatically increase.

I don't care for the typeface. It's almost impossible to see words that are italicized in the original. It confused me at first, because I thought the reader was interpreting unusually and overly emphasizing some words.
