Waiting for candle closes was a big thing for me to overcome, there has been several times in the past where i have just entered at market due to fear of missing out and it has come back to bite me in the ass. Great video Akil, Thanks.

I think that cutting trades as soon as you realize you made a mistake is very important because it teaches your brain that you won't tolerate any trades you take without a valid signal/reason for entry, and if you cut it right away, there won't be any hope of making money off of a trading mistake, which tells your brain that there's no point rushing into trades because you know that the only way to profit is to follow your plan, anything else is certain to lose.

Ive definitely made the mistake of entering trades halfway through a candle period. Infact i still do it! 😑 almost never works out.

Hey Akil, I just wanted to thank you for putting out these amazing videos. I have been trying to use as much as your free content as I can. My goal before the end of this year is to enter the Tier One program.

Question, I went back to 11/07/2017 on the EUR/USD, 4hr chart, and noticed an Elliott Wave pattern coming to completion with an ABC flat correction. My game plan says once it comes back to retract on Fib level to enter trade.

My question is do you use the Elliott Wave Theory or do you primarily use Gartley and variations?

sweet shirt. off topic to this vid but I now see why you dont trade the C-D legs when they form because theres an opposite harmonic shaping up.. but are there any situations where you can take the C-D and then the standard targets? i dont like the 2nd targets (im prob not doing it right) so i just want to stack up my position and stick with the .382 for an exit only. but are there specific patterns where you can take the c-d or nah?
