Paleo Chicken Pot Pie
Filling
1.5 Lbs Cooked Chooped Chicken
1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
1 1/2 cups green beans
3/4 cup chopped carrots
3/4 cup peas
1 yellow onion chopped
Ghee for sauteing meet and vegetables
Sauce/Gravy
2 Tbs Ghee
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup coconut milk full fat!
1/2 cup almond or any other type of milk
3 Tsb poultry seasoning
1 Tsb garlic powder
Salt and pepper for taste
1 1/2 Tbs arrowroot powder mixed with 2 Tbs water mixed and set aside to dissolve
Crumble Topping
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup melted butted
1 Tsb poultry seasoning
2 or 3 Tbs water
Preheat oven 350. Saute all uncooked vegetables until soft and ready to eat. Cook chicken. Mix chicken and all vegetables in baking dish. Combine all gravy ingredients except arrowroot powder. Simmer for about 10 minutes while gravy reduces then add arrowroot powder and sauce will thicken. Mix gravy in with meat and vegetables. Mix all topping ingredients well with a fork until it is a crumble topping. Add topping to top and bake 30 to 40 minutes until crust is golden brown.
