My older brother would blast this whole album and later have neighbors knocking on his door complaining music too loud. Back then I was only 9 or 10 yo. Today I'm 54 yo and I blast my music and the fucken neighbors come knocking on my door too. IDGAS 🤣 My brother passed away 25 years I miss him 😭💕 How unforgiving death is.
GOLDEN NUGGET : please hug and kiss the sweet people in your life you love.

I was a DJ at an AM radio station in the 80's. This was my opening theme song. Man, brings back so much great memories!

Savoir Faire is the ELITE and ESSENCE of Smooth Jazz...before that genre gained recognition! Chic was ahead of its time! Nile and Nard, musical geniuses and a dynamic duo!

Love this Chic jam! And, to the musicians on here, check out how they used 9/8, 7/8, and 4/4 time in the “A” section- pure genius!

Chic was an amazing group who did not get their props! They were fly, classy, sexy, fabulous. And you heard it in their music. It was really unfair to try to lump them in with disco because they were soo much more than that! 🔥🔥🔥

Amazing how beautiful our soul music was in the 70s. So honored to have grown up then, rather than today hearing "nigga nigga bitch bitch ho ho. Money is my god" all day long. Thank God I'm old. :)
