Fugue Analysis- Bach Fugue in G Minor, WTC I

One of my favorite fugues in book I. The introduction of the low C (lowest note in the piece) at measure 26 creates such a powerful resonance. Actually, the whole sequence is simply magical

Love this fugue and there seems to be as many different ways to interpret it as there are performers... Gould, Schiff, Hewitt, Richter.... - all very different interpretations. Thank you for the analysis too.

quite, in the little g minor fugue, in the second fugue of the well tempered keyboard (c minor), the great prelude for organ in A minor (but not in the fugue)

well, I don't know them all but is surely was very used

Quite excellently played, however I prefer to make the second 1/8 of the subject staccato. This makes the structure more audible ( remember the WTC were pedagogical pieces - read Bach's preface)
