Ford’s long term debt is $120B. Total debt is $175B. Their latest loan was done at 9% interest (their credit is at Junk bond status). No one wants to merge or acquire Ford with this much debt. All the major autos carry huge debt. Look into it..

We currently own a 2019 Model 3 and 2007 Ford F-150. We’re replacing the Ford ASAP with an EV truck or SUV. Can’t wait to get that gas guzzler out of our fleet.
