Eyeroll Tutorial - White Eyes Guide and Eye Muscle Workout Video

I have been asked on many occasions how I achieve the 'white eyes special effect' for my videos. The answer might shock you... It's not a special effect and it's not contacts!
I have strong eye muscles that allow me to roll my eyes in every direction. This eyeroll tutorial goes over some basic eye muscle workouts and movements that help strengthen the muscles behind the creepy 'white-eyes' look.

Basic workout:
Looking left to right in reps of 10-20
Looking up and down in reps of 10-20
Circles clockwise and counter-clockwise 10 reps each direction

Advanced workout:
Crossing 10-20 reps
Crossing and moving one eye to neutral position- 10 reps each eye
Crossing moving up 10 reps
Crossing moving down 10 reps
Transitioning from Cross Up to Cross Middle to Cross Down 5 reps

Keep in mind I have always been able to perform these moves and practicing them does not guarantee you will be able to move your eyes like I have shown in this video. Eye muscles are just like other muscles in your body- overuse or improper movements can cause pain and strain. Practice these moves for only a few minutes a day to help improve eye muscle function and only do exercises your muscles can tolerate.

And also something I learned is to just close your eyes when your eyes are open but keep them open because when you close your eyes look up but that’s what I learned? Just keep your eyes open when you close them.

Is it possible to even roll eyes back to where the iris and pupils are completely gone, because I know a small child who does this. With ease. I tried it, qnd I can roll my eyes in all directions but cannot do that. It's not possible. I cannot even get close.
