I want to tell every one about the illustration of this video.
喜多方(kitakata) ramen is not from Osaka.
It was introduced in Fukushima.
喜多方 is one of the city of Fukushima.
This ramen is very good.
If you have a chance to visit to Japan, I recommend you to eat it.
喜多方 has many ramen shop, so I think you can find your favorite ramen shop.

To everyone who's studying this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧

• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so you better have it plugged in all the time🔋

• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧

• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, and green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕

• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨

•Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈


Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk around. Better stop the music or put on a different theme for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

Hello, I am someone with really bad anxiety, and I have enrolled in something called CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). One of the things I was recommended was worry time, it’s where you take 5-10 minutes out of your day to do nothing but worry, like writing your worry’s down or simply thinking about them. I like to listen to music as I do it, but nothing I listened to resonated with me…… but then I found this one in particular. I’ve listened to other Lofi before, but somehow this one hits different. I feel a more stronger connection with this one. So thank you❤❤.

And remember, your not the only person with troubles. It’s something we all share, so stay strong too all you beautiful human beings😊😊😊😊.

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜
