Dax, you definitely have hit a spot on me.. I was addicted to heroin for 4 years it was all I knew and wanted.. I’m coming up on 3 years sober June 27th. Still after 3 years, it’s hard sometimes when I don’t Know how to deal with myself. I worry about talking about my past when I meet someone new. I worry I’m a short fuse and can’t explode at any minute sometimes. But I know that my mind and thoughts are so pure. Im happy I don’t run to drugs anymore. I hate the stigma that us recovering and addicts go through. We do recover and I hope their are better times are come. Keep doing what you are best at!
