Subhan Allah. This is exactly it. This is the reason why therapy did nothing for me at all. This is why I quit therapy. It didn't affect me, I wasn't getting the comfort and the answers I wanted. I didn't get why I had to fake positivity. Islam gave me a deep insight into everything. Alhamdulilah for all of Allah's blessings. It's amazing how Allah chooses you and all of the illusions start becoming clear to you. Subhan Allah.
