Jadon Sancho: Is His Manchester United Career Officially Over?!

It was almost written in the stars, wasn’t it? Another opportunity for the English press to tear into Manchester United, as one of our loan players went out, proved their doubter wrong and won the biggest trophy on the continent. We all breathed a sigh of relief when it didn’t work out that way, right? In January this year, Jadon Sancho left Manchester United. He once again set off for Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund, the club he played for prior to joining us in July 2021, before Ole was sacked from United the very season he joined. Things have changed with Sancho, it feels sour. It doesn’t feel like we’ve got a young prospect hot off a season statistically beating Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi both in goals and assists. This is now a different situation entirely, a different player entirely. Is there a way back for him?

Sabitzer FAR out played anything Sancho did . I’d trade Sancho straight up to get Sabitzer back

I made up my mind about Sancho longtime ago. He chose playstation for 3 months over the club and fans. There shouldn't be a way back for him whether ETH is here or gone!

Sancho was struggling long before Ten Hag was anywhere near Manchester and realy Ten Hag is just the guy thats had to attempt to clean up the mess anyway

Never want to see him in a red shirt again

It's not up for dispute about the narrative created by the media regarding Sancho's decent 45 minutes in the Champions League. A direct attempt to undermine Ten Hag.

He's a young lad, probably pampered since being able to play football, surrounded by 'Yes Men', whilst being on hundreds of thousands of pounds a week, and given the world on a plate... He's just an immature, me me me chap, who wants to do things his way regardless. There shouldn't be any way back to United for Sancho... On point of Principle!. Accepting him back, regardless of ETH staying or going, doesn't set a good example for future players

So pleased you are in Normandy. It is very important that we support the liberation of Europe. Well done

I went back to that post match interview v Arsenal and ten hag did nothing bad all he said was that Jadon Sancho was not selected cos of training performances how has this been scaled out the way it did making ten hag the villain in this story

I went to Normandy a few years ago Steve met an old guy there who was in the D-Day landings he was one of the thousands in the evacuation from Dunkirk with his brother. Very sad to see all the graves of those young men, I was on all the landing beeches up on the German gun emplacements a wonderful holiday. When to the Somme also to visit my uncles Grave he was killed on the 30th July 1918.

The whole Sancho affair was massively blown out of proportion by the player, and coulda/shoulda been smoothed over immediately. He’s allowed this to determine the rest of his career, where he’s unquestionably damaged his reputation and will almost certainly lead to him joining another club at a much lower salary. He has long road ahead to rebuild his future.
That said, hes an example of our poor recruitment; the lad has talent, obviously, but the shirt was too heavy for him. He doesnt have the right stuff unfortunately, and this should have been identified before he was purchased. We move on…

The ex-Liverpool pundit in for TNT Sport during the UCL final was full of ABU bias. When he was going on about this Dortmund side being the team of rejects, and how much he went on about Sabizer being not good enough according to United and left United for Dortmund and went on to play Brilliant for them. Sabitzer was on loan, he was a Bayern player, he wasn't ours to keep the bell. 🙄

As well as all the obvious things like performance levels, public responses (to one thing the manager said about training performance levels), and the leeway he's been given with the months away from the job he's paid to do, I still can't forget how may times we saw jump him out of challenges, duck out of headers or jog about with the opposition on the counter. His attitude is not that of an elite athlete. That's not up for debate, we've all witnessed it with our own eyes. The sooner he's gone the better, and United can continue to rid themselves of this player power culture from spoiled individuals who try and create friction every time they encounter opposition to their behaviour.

Sancho never really looked like he had the desire to suffer to succeed. It seemed like he was happy with his lot and just go through the motions.

Its over a longtime...i dont even wish him for his career elsewhere...i dont care about him...he insulted the club and the fans eventually...

The TNT commentary in the pre-match said Sancho could be the difference against Madrid. At times you forgot he was playing. Now he can go back to Carrington and his equal Antony can show off his WINNERS medal to him.
