I completely agree about the 'carrier branding' being awful to see devices plastered with logos that aren't the OEM's.  I've steered away from Verizon for other reasons, but did choose my current Nexus 5 because it lacks sprint branding.

I am getting the LG G3 and I think the Verizon logo on the front is neat

I'm just happy I was able to get this phone. The Verizon logo on the front doesn't bother me. Also, I really like the camera housing and the buttons on this model better than on the other carriers. They look really good on the white G3, which is what I own. :)

This is what makes iPhones great in a sense that it doesn't matter which carrier you're in, you're not being imposed by these iterative and unnecessary bloat wares.

guess you're a star wars fan:-P I really like the contrast between the silver LG g3 box and the comic's wall. Nice unbox in! Really enjoy your videos good content and you have a nice way of bringing it. Keep up the good work

You forgot to mention that Verizon did change the chin of the phone on the front. It is solid black and does not have the brushed aluminum look like others do.

Its a good business decision to put your name on the device. I can't think of any public off hand that does not do this.

Does the lgg3 on sprint support voice and data simultaneously?

I noticed that in the verizon model you don't get any quadbeat headphones and also the bottom part on the front of the phone is not brushed metal it's just black as the rest of the screen.

While you were complaining about V on the front, you forgot to mention that V version of the phone, the bottom is metallic black, unlike the other carriers brush grey look.

I'm picking this up from Verizon tomorrow, I plan to root it and get a new app manager and ditch the marketing trash. All around I like it this far.

I don't mind carrier logos if they are on back but damn the logo on the front is the first thing you notice! I was debating on getting the G3 as a second phone but because of that logo, not anymore.

It depends for me on the branding. I have at&t and the only carrier branding on my phone ( htc one m7) is the globe on the back of the phone. I think it looks pretty good with the branding. The problem with Verizon is that the logo is really big which makes it really noticeable. Plus putting the logo twice on a phone is too much. Why have it in the front and the back?

I wouldn't mind the bloatware if you could remove the applications. Keep all the apps that don't cost per month. Like the navigator or gps that cost every month. But I think if you want to remove the apps for more space you should be able to do so.

Why do so many people have an issue with carrier branding? It's really not an issue for me cus I don't waste my time noticing it. For the ones who are bothered by it, of course I still don't understand why, just put tape or something over the branding?

That Verizon branding on the front bothered me until I realized my old Droid X was the same way and I never paid attention to it.
