Every program we use on our devices has options to use it to the fullest. Microsoft is a great example. Many of the features available to you in Word are also found in Powerpoint, Excel andOutlook.

• Did you know you can apply the Strikethrough or Double Strikethrough option to words/phrases?
• Would you ever like to jump ahead in you Calendar by six weeks? Six months?
• Do you like your Calendar’s default color or would you like to change it?

This tutorial video is going to point out how to accomplish the above by using the Mini Arrows found in the ribbon (that’s the top banner) in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

These Productivity Pointers are posted frequently here on our OrganizedAudrey channel.

Thank you! I've used those 'mighty mini arrows' but not to the extent you showed us. I love that you go into more detail for us. Thank you! :)

I have noticed in a few of your videos when you are in calendar view some of your appointments have bullets listed. How did you do that?
