Week 1 Day 3! I love CORE work and will find a way to sneak it into every workout, but today is unabashedly all about those abs.
This tabata timing is great if you’re short on time. The limited rest in these quick blocks of work really tax the muscles, and I’m left with that soreness that reminds me I did good work today. I love that feeling.
Grab a mat, that’s all you’ll need for this no equipment workout and meet me down on the floor.
Workout Breakdown:
Each move for 8 rounds of 20 sec on, 10 sec off
30 sec rest between moves
Mountain Climbers
In and Outs
Mason Twists
Deadbugs
Sit up Twist - opposite elbow to outside of opposite knee
Scissors up and down
Equipment Needed: A mat and some space.
