Manufactured in June 1992 I believe .it's not "low wattage " for the era Do- the Mark 1 and 2 Turbopower hardbags (U2332 etc) were only 410w total...and 10w of that was for the headlamp 🤣

How loud is it in real life? I bought one from british heart foundation on Tueday and gave it a test run and it was really noisy, so i refurbed it all and had the motor apart and oiled it and it is still the same, really noisy. Im beginning to think its just like that anyway because its a budget model? But then i think well i used to have a turbopower freedom and that didnt sound the same the freedom was more quiet and smoother, however it had the motor in it with a headlight so dont know if that was a better motor in the freedom?

that motor sounds like ametek. im autistic and so I have a lot of facinations with particular things and ametek motors are one of them. so if I ask about cleaners having ameteks in them that's why . absolutely lovely sounding machine though. such a shame machines nowadays have to be shrilly screamers. cant wait to see more from you. :)
