Thanks for this video but how could you have skipped King Alfred the Great of Wessex & his advisor Bishop Asser from South Wales & the wise natural Common Law Constitutional principles, .. & Trial & Annulment by Jury & that King Alfred was elected by the people, through a Wise Council, aka Witan, ..?

Eeh, It seems to me like the part about the legalists is misleading. Legalism as a philosophy came before Qin empire and was developed separately by different people in different kingdoms. It's not like Shang Yang was the main person, he was an advisor in Qin, later was executed.
